sound forge and Star Wars Sith INTERNAL - DVDRIP sound quality enhance help

HI all I have reversed the left and right channel now no problems but, what are the best settings in sound forge to adjust the quality.

I have tried normalise but it dont do much for the sound just lowers the volume i have herd somone uping the mids and highs and lowering the trebile to to corect it but as i am new to sound forge i can not seem to find these settings.

or do you have any sugestions

can anyone help thanks
