General Question on TS releases and cam pots

Hello, I'm new to the forum and still learning, so please be patient... I searched but didn't really find what I was looking for.

Can someone explain what "TS" is?

Also is a "cam" or "cam pot" essentially a bootleg?

Thanks, sorry if these are dumb questions, but like I said, I'm a beginner.
