I need some help adding subtitles to an svcd. Is there a way to add subtitles to an svcd that didn't have subtitles that already came with it. The movie is quite hard to understand, little hollow. So I am trying to learn how I can add subtitles from scratch. Thanks. Every SVCD I have had has never had any subtitles that were with it.

There are allot of the so called "custom subbers" on the net. Use google a bit and you find tons of information about it.
