What is the best software for joining svcd and converting them
to dvd format?

I use Easy Video Joiner to join and WinAVI to convert to DVD, but I no some people have sync problems with the former.

i normally use TMPGEnc works well for me

http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/54/59/ then this guide to convert
