Not sure if this is a question that is allowed but I'm fairly sure it is. Can people post links to any public IRC channels that only *list* releases? Whether it be for TV, DVD, Movies, etc.

Not links to channels with any downloads.
Releases ONLY.

So long as the channels only list releases (like the VCDQ announce channel) then you're fine.

Meh. The third one on that list (I won't repeat its name here so that the mods don't have to edit *2* posts in this thread) is a torrent-listing site.

And the second one on the list is invite-only, so what's the point ...
