if i was to download say one rar file from a film lets say the first 001 how do i then watch that one file to check the quality etc.. because i can not get winrar to extract just one file , tia

open it with vlc media player..if you just did a quick search,you would not have had to wait for a reply(i'm sure this has been posted dozens of times)
