I sympathise because I view (and moderate) this site from work too but VCDQ is and always has been an "adult" site and therefore we can't really complain.

On several occasions I've PM'd people, requesting that they change an avatar but in all fairness they're well within their rights to tell me to fuck off. All threads that have "dodgy" content in them are marked NSFW though - even if I have to edit the thread title myself.

but the bottom line on avatars is: if you think a particular avatar is REALLY bad, email a Moderator but generally speaking we'll let most "risqué" avatars stay.

You *can* turn off avatars etc in your user profile as well
