Need to edit h.264 encoded vid file in Premiere

I have 320x240 video file with the .mov file extension. It was encoded with h.264. I need to find either a program or a method to convert it to a suitable format that Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 can work with.

If anyone has any solutions or suggestions I would appreciate it.

Thanks

EO Video

It will convert .mov to almost any format you want.

Uncompressed .avi, divx,xvid, mpg1,mpg2...etc.

BTW, shouldn't Premiere support h.264 already? Seems like I worked on .mov files in Premiere before, but I don't think h.264 was out yet... so I could be wrong. Either way EO Video should do the trick.
