way better and more sharper than the nedivx rls. ive seen better rips though so its definately not a 10.
[edit] seen the whole film and there are still some glitches, not as bad as the other release though

Quickly scanned through the first CD and this release still has the same gliches on the exact same places as the nedivx release.

e.g. at 36min23sec & 47min25sec

Just downloaded this and the errors seem to affect the audio stream too. Here's the locations provided by besweet...

[00:30:41:312] Stream error : Sync found after 576 bytes
[00:34:16:192] Stream error : Sync found after 576 bytes
[00:36:22:976] Stream error : Sync found after 576 bytes
[00:41:22:592] Stream error : Sync found after 576 bytes
[00:42:25:216] Stream error : Sync found after 1056 bytes
[00:50:05:632] Stream error : Sync found after 1056 bytes
[01:00:07:776] Stream error : Sync found after 576 bytes

So it simply seems like it's the same bad source used by both groups. Which they should've checked before trying to release a proper with it (live and learn I guess tho)

fuhq2mofo mentions it's very likely medusa/nedivx have the same source. sound good to me...

i had the nedivx think. but when i was about to do the dreaded encoding read about the problems that release had and went medusa style...

the fact that nfo mentions... 'sometimes the most simple solutions fixes the most comples problems.' had me thinking could this be a re encode of the nedivx ?? guess more likely the same source...


but it's weird that that cd two on both releases start at same point...(i deleted the nedivx file. but if not the same it's *very close*)


amkan 13 mentions the medusa release has better sound. which is weird since the nedivx was 448 ac 3. how much went wrong in the nedivx file/release??


anyway this release glitch history was been covered. so i'll just nod my head and say 'yep it's there'.

the glitches are more of the you notice it and it's gone variety.so since we're not sure when r1 disc is gonna happen don't let that stop you from getting this..

seems bizare but i think (in the states) this movie was the most 'adult/mature' film of the fist half of the year that wasn't a documentary or playing in an 'arthouse' .....

i think it will look good on everyone's resume. thanks spike/denzel/clive and of course jodie !!
