any video problem is not because of the resolution. yes its a 2 hour movie buts its on 2 cd's not 1.
1160kbps video bitrate, 23.976fps with 672x272 resolution = .271 bits/pixel and that is WAY more then enough for xvid
but if the OAR is 2.4:1 then they should of just done it at 672x288 and had the dvd ripping program preserve the AR which would of but little tiny black bars on the video (about 4 pixels high on the top and bottom) to make it 2.4:1 instead of 2.33:1 or the 2.47:1 that it is now
