I could care less about the spanish menu. Dolby 2.0 only was disappointing though and the picture was a little grainy...not sure if this is due to the encode or "the directors vision", lol.

Movie was ok...take out the very first scene and it is timid in compareson to what I was expecting. Not very violent, disturbing or even sexual for that matter. Wouldn't be cutting out much for broadcast tv.

This is NOT the same movie I saw in the theatres. Maybe because it has a Spanish menu means its from another country. I think this is the pg-13 version, because all of the gore and sickness(which I will not spoil for you) is not in this release and the story focuses more on the story of trying to find the girl in this release. I payed close attention in the theaters and about 40% of the original content has been changed
