Thumbs down Non-Compliant "SVCD"

Nfo file sez SVCD is in PAL format: should be 480 X 576....right?
Actual movie is some outta spec XSVCD......hated deleting that movie off my HD as it looked interesting. I will NOT propagate non-compliant films.
