Basically, if one group releases something that another group has already released, there has to be good reason otherwise it's classed as a dupe and gets "nuked"

thanks Neversoft that helps alot... and appreciated for quick answer woot ..some nukes say 1 frame then dupe frames etc in Divx/Xvid.. so i have a better understanding now btw i did see that index before but just never got to the bottom lol my bad
somehow not sure why but i somehow saw dupe's meaning same source file.... as in re posting another groups source and re encoding as its own....then again i suppose this can happen as i thought...its already out...they need a reason to proper it...like if its nuked for some reason...anyways thx just needed to be sure
