Hello, I am sorta new at this, I know how to download and how to extract the rar files to be able to watch the movies but I downloaded license to wed by visual but there is no rar file.. so what do I do so that I can watch the movie?

You say there is no rar file's ? did you get as a tar/rar then extracted to a folder but every file is like a white file like a page with a folded corner? no book looking rar ? if so open winrar browse to where folder of extracted files are highlight that folder select extract to in next window put a check in keep broken files then click ok if this is not the issue be more exact in description of your problem
If there's no rar file then it's not a ViSUAL release. It could be a recode by another group in say KwagVCD format or split video files ending in .001, .002 etc. If there are no files at all in your download folder it's possible they've been stored in a "Temp" folder somewhere.
Without more information as to what you used to download the release, what your folder actually contains, etc, it's difficult to give useful advice.
