flight of the conchords
these guys have been around forever, but with the release of their new show on hbo, their popularity is increasing. the only aspect i really hate is that they have run out of songs to exploit. there are rumors circulating about their second season; namely the one stating they will produce only 4 more shows for the series, but i have to believe with talent comes the ability to renew your sense of humor in ways not yet though possible. in short (too late) fotc is badass and i hope to see more of them soon.
