Just watched this movie and I was very impressed. If you don't mind subtitles and the sight of skinny naked men running about flapping their packages around doesn't bother you then this movie is for you.
Its called Chronicle of an Escape in English, its a French language movie and its one of the best movies I have seen in a long long time. Released in 2006 apparently so some of you may have already seen it.

Cheers, will have a hunt for it. Keep it up, love hearing about world cinema, especially ones that come with recommendations, very rare to see that on vcdq of late. Nice one, will post back if/when I've seen it.
Well, its actually kind of thanks to you Baha. Since you pointed me towards the release of Finishing the Game and there is a Chronicle of an Escape trailer on that DVD. Thats what made me track it down.
