its all the way to the right and spans top to bottom....i can slide it to take up half a screen but it wont go all the way to the left....also i cant bring it down to the bottom it just widens

like i dont have enough to contend with with my EMF....now i have the girl sabatoging this shitbox

and rebooting does cock....i even did a complete shutdown...it is set as is

Don't click on the edge, just click on a blank part of the taskbar and drag it. Its obviously not locked cos you can resize it. So just click and drag to the bottom. Then maybe lock it so it can't move back. Right click on a blank bit>lock the taskbar.

I'm guessing you're talking about Windows XP.

and that lock the task bar crap is a crock of shit....the taskbar popped back to the side on its own anyway...i spent about 5 min trying to figure out why i couldnt fix it like the first time.....

.....then i remembered to unlock it

I had a computer in the house and the screen was on its side once.I thought how the fuck did that happen and I had to google it whilst angling my head.It was some daft setting that when you pressed ctrl alt and up arrow or something like that it made the screen flip.
