How do i use NANDUB to put a movie in to lip Sync!

Hello sorry to be a noob to anyone that this process is easy to but ime sick of obtaining a movie that is seconds behind or forward in lyp sync its so frustrating then if you are lucky the groups that release it might make a fix for it but if not i want to no how it

might be done if its possible to explain.
