I was walking my dog tonight and came across this.......

Alot of water went down the drain and all houses are on water restrictions.

I watched this for about 15 minutes before anyone that knew how to turn the fucker off turned up.

mind you, the fire brigade were there for a good 10 minutes, wouldn't they know?
