Watched it on a standalone (PS3), and I couldn't reproduce the sync problems others noted. Normally I can pick it up easily, but either I'm too tired to notice, or it wasn't there. Otherwise very clear and crisp audio line (does cut out before the credits end, but really nothing missed).
Actually quite enjoyed the movie, typical popcorn fluff, but entertaining. Picture quality on large screen was great. Didn't see it in theatre to compare to, but certainly didn't seem too dark. I thought the colors were more vibrant than some other recent R5's (Smart People, Zohan) - would assume this is a source issue, nothing to do with encoding.
