Fingers Crossed

SO apparently, one of amazon's marketplace shops "xxXxxxxXxxxx" has miss priced some of their wares.

This is what I ordered:
4x Sharp Aquos LC46D43U 46-inch 720p LCD HDTV.
Street (each) $1297.99, listed for $38.45

1x Panasonic TC-32LX85 32-inch 720 LCD HDTV.
Street $575.66, listed for $65.95

4x Sharp Aquos LC26D43U 26" LCD HDTV
Street $649.95, listed for $27.53

3x Sharp LC19DV22U 19" LCD TV/DVD Combo
Street $507.69, listed for $27.53

Now, I did some homework, the company has a 4.6 rating (with 2188) in the last 12 months... and have since removed their products that were listed incorrectly. It's a legitimate Amazon purchase. I have purchased these 12 televisions which would street for $9890.49 before shipping and tax for a grand total (with shipping and tax) of $1063.04.

According to Amazon's Terms and Conditions, the listed price is the price I pay... I don't know what the guarantees are, but I've already received email confirmation of my purchases and am awaiting my tracking numbers (estimated Sept 11th to Sept 16th)....

My plan? My brother is getting a 46" and two 19" for the kids his total is $230, selling a 46" to a mate for $200...

Leaves me with 8 LCDs for about $630.... Gonna ebay a 46", starting at $600... and receive 7 LCDs for the equivalent of free...

That's the plan... I know, pictures or it didn't happen... IF/WHEN they arrive, you'll get a photo of 12 new in box tvs sitting in my living room...

And my 52" RCA rear projection sitting by its self in the corner feeling dejected.

EDIT: picture of the listings prior to them catching on:

mod? no! asshole? yes!

Yes, they're catching on, and i'm trying to find legal decisions that reflect the situation...

Apparently this happens all the time on amazon.co.uk, there's a ton of refusals.. i'm guessing it'll be the same in the states...

EDIT:
so far, what i've got from Amazon's terms and conditions, number 8a:

quote:
8. Your Transactions a. For sales where a Seller lists goods at a fixed price ("fixed price sales"), the Seller is obligated to sell the goods at the listed price to Buyers who meet the Seller's terms. By listing an item in a fixed price sale or by auction, you represent and warrant to prospective Buyers that you have the right and ability to sell, and that the listing is accurate, current, and complete and is not misleading or otherwise deceptive.

not ironclad, but nice to know, i'm sure there's more if i keep reading.

EDIT: Here's 9:
quote:
9. Your Obligation. By entering into this Participation Agreement and posting a listing for auction or fixed price sale, you agree to complete the transaction as described by this Participation Agreement. You acknowledge that by not fulfilling these obligations, your action or inaction may be legally actionable.

Need Bummed?

LOL You don't have a hope in hell getting these. Think of the many thousand people that have also "ordered" these.

Also from a moral point of view if you are going to try and legally challenge this, [you haven't got a hope this way either], you are trying to punish a small company for accidentally leaving out a few zeros. Which probably would put it out of business.

Misprices have been common on the internet since online selling has started, and very very few of these prices have been honoured.
