use the one built into the security center, most of the major 'internet security' firewall software suites take hostage of your network connections and cause more headaches then help security wise.
best option would be to combine it with a hardware packet filtering firewall that comes with most even cheaper ($30-50) routers, you'll then have layered security without any software/resource bloat.
