actually, not to be a dick, but if you watch the music video, he is speaking into a micro cassette recorder, and we are watching that as it happens.
there is a line where he says, "Well, gotta go, I'm almost at the bridge now
Oh shit, I forgot, how am I supposed to send this shit out?" and he is referring to the tape.
im not a big eminem fan, i just know that song pretty well, its decent.
