When Brandy and I had our 2nd apt. we had two doors to our washroom. One from the living area, the other from the bedroom. Locking the doors could be a pain, if you lock the bedroom door, from the bedroom you best have a credit card or knife handy or walk your lazy ass around and go through the other door. I miss those days.

If I gotta do a #1 then I don't shut the door, #2 I do shut the door if I'm around people. If I'm home a long I don't shut the door half the time.

Also i took the door off it's hinges to fit the carpet in bathroom, and 2 months later it's still off, but i leave the door open as i live alone if i have company i use the door and turn extractor do it's job

Nope, only close the door when company, including my girl, is over, though we both walk in on each other all the time. Were at that comfort level in our relationship. Don't lock the door either which means when my two boys are over they'll walk in at anytime. I read all the time whenever I'm dropping some friends off at the pool and my 4 yo would always grab one of my other books, open the door, come in and sit down on the floor and pretend to read as well lol. Funny thing is, neither one leave the door open, they want their privacy whenever they're taking care of business yet Dad doesn't get any.

A Jack and Jill bathroom is not a bathroom with two doors, it is a bathroom between two bedrooms with a door into each bedroom, so technically one into the bedroom and one into the main living area does not classify as a Jack and Jill
