It's obvious this was always going to happen even if the reasons to convict were tentative at best... The various rights holders lobby groups etc have spent a lot of money, time and effort ensuring that laws are biased towards them - you do realise how corrupt these fuckers are don't you?

Sunde even told media last night that a court leak had informed him that he would lose this morning's case.
He wrote on his Twitter account minutes before the decision was due: ‘Really, it's a bit LOL. It used to be only movies, now even verdicts are out before the official release.’
I'm sure they'll use this decision to put pressure on other sites, even if they're not dong the same as TPB. "See what happened to them? Do as we say or the same thing will happen to you!"
Well done thread de-railed before it even started.
