oki I think i can explain this, tshirthell has a huge selection of banners, like a little banner area, and x just has coded the site to choose banners from that selection. x69 copied over all their banner and just uses them. Also if I am still in contact with society, it isn't illegal to have a female bare her chest, the feminists won the case against how guys could go topless but women couldn't. So tits are not a big thing, its just kinda looked down upon by the baby boomers.
