Chief Phil Ossoffer

Thanx for the proper-- 3 CD's for this flick was overkill. Quality looks identical.

6'10" Ripper

2 x 80 min cds for a 116 min movie?
Can't people count any more?
This should and probably is nuked to hell because of low bitrate. If the audio still is 224kbit as it should be the video would be under 1650kbit with 1750kbit being the absolute minimum in 2002 Releasing standards for SVCD.

Sure, Centropy could have made it fit 3 x 74 min to fill out the third CD but it would still be undersized.

I think this proper was well warranted and just because the bitrate is around 1650kbit average doesn't mean that the quality sucks, good encoders can do miracle work 9/10/5
