dvd-r problems

i've downloaded two different dvd-r movies recently. tears of the sun and just married. i use smartpar to fix the missing/corrupted .par files and then i tried to extract the .img file. once i got to around 80% on both movies i got a error that said i 'probably' ran out of disk space. i have 40 gigs left on this hard drive so i have no clue what the hell is wrong here. if anyone could help me out i'd appreciate it.

nevermind, i got it fixed....i needed to split my 2nd hard drive and convert one of the partitions from fat32 to ntfs
