Review:Exclusive Terminator 3:Rise of the Machines (2003)
Normally I would never start out a review like this, but Go and See this Movie, this movie is Rock Solid, and Arnie has never been better, it combines elements of the original Terminator Movie and the classic James Cameron T2.
A whole decade has pass since John Connor, played by John Stahl helped save Judgement Day, saving mankind from total destruction. Now 25 years old, he has been living off "the grid", no home, no cell phone, no job, nothing. A man without the worries of having some Robotic Terminator trying to kill him. No way that Skynet could try and track him and wipe out his existence.
Until out of the Shadows steps, the T-X, Skynet's most intelligent killing machine yet. The T-X (played by the gorgeous newcomer Kristanna Lokken) can merge into almost anything, with a few exceptions, she can manipulate the machines to her will. Sent back through time, to finish the drop her predessor, the T-1000, left behind, in an ingenious fashion. (yes boys you can see her briefly naked)
John's Only hope for survival is to resurect his former assassin, the original Terminator (played by Arnie) to protect him.
As I said in a brief spoiler, the T-X and Arnie lock horns, and she turns him against John Connor. The action in this movie is hot, and even without Cameron at the helm, Terminator 3 is a good movie to check out, and should do well at the Box Office.
Does Arnie stay bad or does the Machines triumph? There is a huge surprise at the very end of the movie. No there isn't a "To Be Continued sign." But it is good enough, it will have you coming back for more.
The Terminator 3:Rise of the Machines hits theatres on July 2, 2003, and is rated 'R' for brutal sci-fi violence, language, and Brief Nudity (yes Arnie gets nude again in this one).
My rating: a 9 out of 10.
Enjoy
