ok the problem is it got recorded to the cd as an audio cd not an svcd. you have an apex 1500 and that will play audio disk as well and that is what it is recognising the cd as. you will have to either download an unscrewd bin/cue from somewhere else or fix it yourself. you might be able to extract only the mpeg and audio and use vcdimager to put it into the proper bin/cue format and turn and burn it.
i have never stumbled onto this however when i first started using cdrwin i made some coasters that way...along time ago.
