I've attempted to contact this guy several times to no avail.. and he dosent seem like he's going away.. oh well..

Bah, just take the damn pictures. Who cares? It's not worth putting the site, or anyone who runs it in jeopardy.. this site is invaluable to many of us and a fucking 100kb .jpeg image isn't going to effect it as much as a lawsuit is.

Send a reply, by certified mail. It looks like he's trying to set you up as being non-responsive. It doesn't count if you call, all that counts is what you can produce....ie: a certified letter with a return receipt.

All they are trying to do is scare you into shutting down the site so the general public do not know what is floating around, as a means of reducing the spread of releases. (so they can potentially make more money on ticket/home sales of films)
