Mustek 560 (problem)

hi all.
got a mustek 560 plays all. but when i transfer fron dvd to vhs the playback is all horizontal red lines??. tryed with and without mocro disabler. and it hapens with all' vcd'svcd'dvdr'dvd'silver.
any sugestions.
