4000k maxbitrate tell me this was a one-click program, or a 1pass rls since the avg should be 4000k not the max.

Thats crap, Ive used DVD Shrink myself twice now(oooh the shame, but sometimes you cant be bothered) and both times the bitrate has hit 8-9mbps.

What are you using to read the max bitrate?
