Hi,

Very good quality for a VHS RIP. One of the better vhs rips ive seen. You have the usual of a VHS rip, a touch of blurriness. Audio is fine for me. You can notice some pixelation blocks, but it is def. watchable.

This is based from the sample, not sure if there are the usual screeners stuff. (i.e. scrollers, watermarks, etc.)

Nice job VideoCD.

This is a pretty damn early screener considering this doesn't retail till sometime in december..anyways..

Picture is pretty dark & slightly blurry. Nice fullscreen picture though. Audio has a weird "hiss" to it, almost like an alien-like echoing sound. Not too interested in this, movie was just ok. I'll wait till retail myself.

6/5.5/6 - I would rate the video higher, but it's just too damn dark. It's almost as bad as the recent cams. And as for the audio, well that hiss just bugs the hell outta me.

::edit:: Oh yes, i'm quite sure i have the right sample. Let's just wait to see what other people think =)

I just watch sample + a few rars from both CD's, vip3r is right, its kinda dark. its like it has a dark mask over it. Its also pretty blocky and the audio makes everyone/everything sound like they are a robot.

Its still watchable though.

from the sample its watchable quality.. though audio could have been better coz the sound is the only saving grace in the movie

hrmmm, packaged as mpeg and not .bin and .cue ???

the audio has a strange reverb on the voices, while the background music is fine

one of the recent better VHS->VCD screeners

Anti-piracy message scrolling from top to bottom at 15:00 and short B/W to colour frames......

dumb reason to nuke for the mpeg conversion...but I didn't like it anyway the picture had issues and the sound is bonging..the svcd ts is fine until a dvdrip..or even a good telecine..

judging from sample....video seems fine...not dark at all.....picture is a lil blotchy but not a big deal...in the sound there is a slight hiss..but its hardly noticable....overall a very watchable rls...nice job videocd.

I just finished watching the whole thing. Good audio, picture ranged from quite good to pretty woeful (unluckily woeful most of the time), movie was pretty good fun.

I should'nt really complain about the picture quality, VHS screeners converted look like garbage at the best of times.

Typical VHS SCR, bit blurry but your eyes quickly focus on it and is very watchable. Thought the movie was crap right enough. Overall nice job VideoCD - 7/7/4
