Advanced DVD menus

Is there a prog out there where I can take video files and make them into menus...BUT, before the menu actually comes up.

Like this, you click "Chapters" and there would be a bried video of some sort of movement like bringing in the chapters menu from the side? stuff like that.

As I said in murderer's thread, dvd-lab is superb, you can make extremely professional looking menu transistions very easily.

Give it a go.
