I couldn't say for sure, as I don't have a PS2 scart, but the scart->composite are quite common, and you can pick them up for around £5 or less. The socket on it is usually an S-Video one, but it still passes composite through it, and can be connected directly to most capture cards. Still, doesn't matter once you have your RGB2S-Video converter box. I will check back and hear how it went. Hopefully it will all go smoothly
