Interlaced Video in DVDShrink

Is there any way to be sure that interlaced video (i.e. video that looks like video as opposed to film) remains interlaced with DVDShrink? Lots of adult films use interlaced video and it seems that, at least with some, when you reauthor them using DVDShrink, they lose the real video quality and look like they were shot on film instead of video.
