unsupported audio stream

Hi, I am trying to make a dvd with dvdsanta, never had a problem before. but lately i have been getting unsupported audio stream but the mpg will play on the computer fine. tried burning with nero, only get picture, no sound.
is there a new code i am missing. thanks for any help

do u have ac3 software installed to decode it?
