Extended version worked fine for me. It did have 3 or 4 pauses (like a layer break) but was no big deal. I did notice by looking at the scene selections option that all the pauses happened on the extended scenes and going back to the same scenes on the theatrical version it doesn't happen. But all in all to me the movie was trash so it really doesn't matter.

This movie is untouched and features two versions of the movie (seamless branching, normal and extended version) depending on media and player quality, the VBV-Buffer doesn't last long to make the branching seamlessly. The movie here played without pauses at all.

hmm, no ilvu information in the branching cells, maybe that's causing the pause.
