I just watched the OBUS release the other day and it was fine, nice picture, no sync problem..I really don't see the need for this..
As for the movie, well, I didn't like it very much, didn't think the fight scenes were convincing enough..that's my 0.02$..

ok first of all.. only reason i agree with this release was in case that the TC was a mislabled WP it could have differences.. it should be compared before criticized.. second of all this is definately not a STV release their allready running trailers for it at theatres and tv spots and whatnot.. so just because you dont like it dont call it STV

Alright this is Bs they didnt give credit to VGL which all they did was recode it to SVCD as u can tell by the DGN in the corner and the quality isnt as good.....

VGL's came from a silver, as did this one (which I am not flaming them for, just stating this). I have the silver, and the pdvd, and both have the same logo on it.

This release has the same weird motion that vgl's had. kinda like a bad pal:ntsc tranfer for framerate. Either way the quality is about the same 5/5/8.

Movie is not STV and i thought it was average, i'd give the movie a 7. In any case the TC was better than this release IMHO
