trying to burn mof hitch to disk, can i put the 2 avi's on a dvd or cd that will work in my dvd player without losing quality? its a non divx machine.

Well, if you don't have a standalone that'll play avi then you need to convert. I've used this method before.....it works and it's got the added bonus of using all free tools. good luck!~~~~>avi to dvd convert

I really have to recommend investing in a capable player tho, as it really makes things much nicer since it saves the conversion time and you can put multiple movies onto one dvd, where as converting will usually fill the whole disc. just my 2 cents.....

I agree with Jebus. Invest $65 in a DIVX player (Phillips 672) and it makes life a whole lot easier. I burned 5-6 xvids onto one movie and they play fine in my divx player.

BTW, I have a Ritech-1500 I got a year or so ago.
