Help with audio... experts needed !!

Hi, I have The Wedding Date - SCREENER - Wastedtime

The video is great, the audio on the other hand has a ringing to it, about half way through.

Im using adobe audition to apply some filters. I've used it before to get rid of hiss.

What filter is it called to remove this ringing?
