Region 3 asian crap everywhere. Thanx again for the waste of 4.37 gigs of credit. MPT never state it in their nfo.

Yeah, Its r3 for sure, but my vote is actually PDVD. those are VERY odd sub combinations, almost enver on a retail DVD (you pretty rarely see .cn subs, as the piracy rate there is astronomical..)

Well its more to the story

its actually more than the english 5.1 audio track included.

Thai.portuguese in 5.1 and 2 commentaries in 2.0.

Well I dont care about the subs, but picture looks good on my 27" inch tv. Watched it and erased the dvd.

Worked for me.

Edited:

Before I deleted the image on the HD. The deleted scenes are the only thing that interested me in the extras. Yes they were included by MPT.

wow. MPT has been doing their R3 dvdshrink (or whatever the fuck it is, dont start a whole debate on what 1 clicker they use) and seldom r1 dvdshrink thing for a while now, and people are still "surprised" that its crap, jesus if you dont know by now you seriously need to stop and think before you "waste" your credits/bandwidth.

alright guys, im going to go download every mpt release and expect a cce'd r1 dvd, later

Damn it, MPT again managed to screw up an untouched video disc.

The release contained layer breaks at each cell...

The layer breaks will cause some players to stall at the chapter transitions on some stand-alone players.

I'm very very happy to see that MPT moved on to real tools like DvdReMake.

But why would you use a hacked version of a program, of which it is commonly known, that it adds layer breaks on every cell, and that numerous DVD players pause on the cell changes because of these layer breaks?

Either buy the damn program, or manually correct the layer break issue manually, which takes about 30 seconds.

In regards to the replies here:

Have you ever seen a PDVD with not just 1 but 2 directors commentory tracks. I certainly haven't.

And I didn't know it was R3... Why not. The Chinese subs stated in the NFO are a dead give-away.
Besides, although R3 releases sometimes suck, this R3 is as good as a R1 release, so I don't see any problem here.

Can't believe I got this Not because it is from MPT, but because it is ... this movie...

Anyways, I luckily didn't have the chapter break problem... But this release is actually just fine other than that. Retail R3 for sure, not sure where people got PDVD from. As the guy above said, this release looks as good video/menu wise as the R1 will look. It played fine for me, and no problems at all. To me, that is the most important part. Untouched video looked good and has some extras.

Personally, I wouldn't complain. Next release of this movie might be BHP *complete* with re-encode video. So if you like your untouched video, this is a sure shot.

::EDIT - Oh, I was off. BHP did the release, but it is also untouched... So, if you don't have this copy, get that one... IMO, If you have this release, stick with it unless you are a hardcore fan of the movie ::

Not sure about the chapter problem though, I didn't see it on PowerDVD nor on my standalone. Probably can fix it with IFO edit (never seen this problem)?
