yeah i watched it when it was on TSN (canadian) and it was pretty good, they are pretty talented boxers, and im sure that they will have successful careers.

Don't get me wrong, The Contender Series was some of the best boxing I've seen.
But they aired The Contender REMATCH last week. (i just saw it last night)
I heard before i saw the rematch that HBO dropped season 2.
Why i thought, had they been out bid or something?
so i start to watch this Rematch billed for three fights and see that now ESPN in partnership with someone and Dreamworks had picked up The Contender show (including The Rematch fight)

Trust me, If you saw The Contender Rematch fights last week and the results of each fight you would know what I'm on about.

The clue is in the new backers "dreamworks" don't they normally handle Fiction stuff?
