lords of war croping help

ok the angle of the camera on the release ishorrible. can anyone tell me how maybe i can cropa nd toate the image and make it all level again. Yes i knwo that does mean that it will be cutting off some of the image

personally id just wait for a better copy, it was badly overcropped already, had a god-awful flicker to it, and kept auto adjusting from bright to dark every scene.

but i suppose sony vegas would do the trick. just start a new project, open the video file and once its on the timeline right-click on it and there will be an option that says "video event pan/crop" where you can rotate and clip etc...once your satisfied with it go to File > Render As
