We need someone to write us a little utility to help bring you guys a better updated site.. basically I'm looking to have a windows program made that will let our updaters or anyone for that matter open up a mpeg/mpeg2/avi(divx or xvid) video and then let them play it and frame advance through it and then tag or mark 4 frames that they want and then extract into a single jpeg file and allow the user to fill out a line of text that they can type on the image in whatever color or font they choose.. The language its written it dosent matter as long as it works.. If anyone can help please email me.. Thanks
