Very decently done. SVCD is kinda dead tho, so apart from being a nice option to the people who still find themselves living in 2004 or are to cheap (:P) to buy 35euros worth of standalone xvid-capable dvdplayer, it has no actual added value for me personally, so i didnt download the whole thing, and have to admit to rate a release for the first time not based on the complete release, but just on several rars

I underrated the movie itself for a few reasons :
a) The disney message in the movie is way too strong. It's like the n-th disney movie where the troubled sportscoach comes on top with his team in the end, or the n-th variation on the typical movie in which a horse, which should have been chopped up into dogfood, wins the final race and they all lived happily ever after. Man... this is predictable.
b) Altho technically it's superbly done ofcourse by Pixar (something everybody expects without a doubt), it somehow can't even come come close to Pixar's previous works. It has a real clinical feel about it, like it was made without emotion at all, but just to keep their huge render-factory running. True.. their rendering-engine surpasses any other, but I kinda expected all the scenes to ooze the fact that it was thought of with lotsa fun while creating them and with the animators heart in it. Like The Incredibles definately shows. A letdown imo.
So.. altho it isnt a punishment to sit thru this one, it should have been better. Way better.
I refuse to believe that it was their intention to have the main feature outdone by their own short "One Man Band". As far as it goes for an original storyline and overall viewing-pleasure, they pulled it off tho as far as I'm concerned.
edit : minus typos
