Beta has been released by Adobe, and is available from the usual suspects. It looks promising, although it seems lacking of a huge new feature such as with CS2.

I adds more tweaking abilities to RAW and the levels dialog, which are both more than those simple crappy filters.

Interesting CS3 - got the beta, not much change from CS2. I don't use raw files - so not much need there, the filter presets seems the same as previous version. I think the clone and healing would be interesting having a more refined control and the quick selection tool - would also be useful. I like the extra space for the image and how it automatically adjust to extraction and retraction of palettes, in other words the palettes don't overlap the image you are working on. Maybe more changes coming up on final product.
