a lot of your problems seem to be with colour balancing of the various cutouts. Its a simple fix, just pick the layer you want to adjust and fiddle with the colour settings to get the desired effects.
Also whats with the grain effect, on some of the pictures, there seems to be a huge amount of it, making them seem...weird.
Basically the easiest thing is to split em up into separate layers then play around with colour, levels etc.
edit: on the first one, the cutout effect is either due to the settings on the filter or that theres still some shadow around the cutout. Try overlaying an alpha channel and see what comes out.
