Grrrrr.
They've just installed new laptops here at the work and I used to be able to watch youtube in the mornings when it was quiet.Now I can't watch it because I can't install macromedia flash player.It says I need admin rights to install.
Does anyone know a wee work around for this?

install ffdshow and enable flv decoding then get the url to the video (http://www.keepvid.com) then paste it into mplayerc.exe and stream it

I really just want a way to install flash player and bypass the admin rights.
Not a bad idea though six.
Just a bit too much hassle if i want to look at stuff fairly quickly.

As trib indicated, Flash (under Firefox, anyway) doesn’t actually require any kind of installation process. All you need to do is copy two files from the Flash installer to the Firefox plugins directory.
